Korean Barbecued Spare Ribs

Traditionally gochujang was made by adding powdered red chili peppers and glutinous rice powder to soybean paste and ageing the mixture under the sun. ‘Ooh yum’ I hear you mutter sarcastically, but trust me, it tastes amazing.
